Description
History
Saccon Gomme Spa was founded in the1950s by Fausto Saccon, who started his business in a small shop repairing tyres for bicycles, cars and lorries.
In 1972, together with his son Ennio, he opened his second workshop in Portogruaro (VE). This shop, which was later enlarged, would soon become the main warehouse supplying all the other shops. In 1989 the new Pordenone branch opened, and in 2000 Saccon Gomme Spa bought Nord Pneumatici Spa, a historical company of Milan, which operated throughout the Lombardy region.
In 2005 the new branch of Settimo Milanese was opened; this is used as base for logistics and service for the area including Lombardy, Piedmont and Ligury.
Today Saccon Gomme Spa and their sister companies thanks to a staff of 50 experts and 25,000,000 Euros in sales can be considered a point of reference for the Italian and European market of industrial and OTR tyres.
